It is July 31 and I have now lost a little over 200#. I can not tell you how my life has changed, and in this particular blog--I won't try. Needless to say it has been a dramatic change.
Thanks to all of you who have taken this journey with me--and I will check in from time to time until I have reached my final goal which is about 25 more pounds lost.
